Requirement:

-   Diploma and or Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines

-   Excellent English and Chinese communication skills in both oral and written

-   Over 8 years’ property management experience in sizable organization or hospitality industry of which at least 3 years at managerial level, experience in disciplined forces will be an advantage
 
-   Ability to develop and justify security plans, housekeeping and traffic control procedures and programs

-   Ability to effectively analyze and present facts and recommendations while exercising sound judgment in arriving at conclusions

-   Knowledge in local regulatory and legal requirements will be an advantage

-   Good knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion devices, alarm systems and similar technologies

-   Attentive to details, systematic thinking; strong analytical and problem solving skills

-   Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with people at all level with professionalism and respect, with emphasis on client-centered service

-   Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; open-minded, adaptable, proactive and be a team player

-   Be willing to work occasionally on Sundays / Public Holidays

-   Proficiency using computer systems and associated software such as Microsoft Office products

 

Responsibilities:

 -   Supervise all the event operations daily duty activities

-   Review and monitor the performance of service partner provided in accordance with the service contract requirement

-   Maintain the service efficiency, effectiveness and the reporting of daily operation for different events

-   Develop operation procedures, guideline and instructions for the Security Service  

-   Ensure the timely preparation and execution of all service orders with the services standard as required by the KPI

-   Assist department head to main the service standard

-   Provides sustainable support to the Operations team
